Problem ...
Travelbag produce regular customer magazines, adverts and direct mail highlighting their travel experiences. These marketing pieces all looked quite different from each other and not ‘on brand’. They had started to look dated, they all needed a brand and visual refresh.

We worked with Travelbag on its quarterly 60 page customer magazine. This was sent out to their extensive customer database and stocked in their 7 shops.
This customer magazine was completely redesigned – given a face life, a new name, visual style and tone of voice, refreshing their brand, messages and helping to drive sales.
We worked with their copywriter to develop absorbing articles – unusual destinations, ‘don’t miss’ experiences, travel tips and highlights. Giving readers a ‘locals’ viewpoint on each destination helped entice them to book their next holiday with Travelbag. Subsequent editions were worked on as well as developing a range of direct mail, brochures and adverts.
Travelbag now have a more modern look and feel to their customer communications, with engaging content, enticing articles and cultural highlights.
